Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Đánh giá tương quan giữa lành gân (theo chỉsố Sugaya) và điểm đau VAS, chức năng khớp vai sau mổ theo Constant và UCLA.

Đối tượng vàphương pháp: 67 bệnh nhân (44 nam, 23 nữ) tuổi trung bình 53,25 ± 9,022 (từ 31 - 75 tuổi), được PTNS khớp vai điều trị RCX, tại khoa CTCH - BVQY 175 từ tháng 05/2015 đến 11/2017.

Kết quả: Sau mổ BN lành gân (độ I,II,III) chiếm đa số: 58 BN (86,57%). Số BN rách lại (độ IV, V) chỉcó 9 BN (13,43%). Tương quan giữa chỉsố lành gân và chức năng khớp vai: khi lành gân giảm thì VAS tăng lên, Constant và UCLA giảm đi tương ứng chức năng khớp vai giảm đi.

Kết luận: Sau mổ, có sự tương quan giữa chỉsố Sugaya’s và phục hồi chức năng khớp vai: lành gân kém, chức năng khớp vai kém. Sau mổ tỷlệ lành gân đa số 86,57% (58/67BN).
