U nhú sợi chun (papillary fibroelastoma-PFE) là một dạng u lành rất ít gặp ở tim. Chẩn đoán xác định thường là tình cờ hoặc chỉ khi bệnh nhân đã có biến chứng liên quan như tai biến mạch máu não, nhồi máu cơ tim hoặc thuyên tắc động mạch. Chúng tôi báo cáo một trường hợp u nhú sợi chun nằm trên van động mạch chủ được chẩn đoán và mổ kịp thời tại Viện Tim thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
