Trật khớp háng sau phẫu thuật thay khớp háng bán phần là biến chứng ít gặp, với tỷ lệ 1,2% - 3,4%. Việc nắn chỉnh kín sai khớp háng nhân tạo bán phần có thể dẫn đến tách rời các thành phần của khớp nhân tạo, giữa phần chỏm kim loại và chén polyethylene. Nguyên nhân dẫn đến sự tách rời của khớp nhân tạo sau khi nắn chỉnh là do hiệu ứng mở nắp chai, khi phần chén polyethylen bị khóa lại ở bờ sau ổ cối. Đây là biến chứng hiếm gặp, dẫn đến phải tiến hành phẫu thuật lại. Chúng tôi báo cáo trường hợp bệnh nhân nữ 81 tuổi được ghi nhận có tình trạng tách rời của các thành phần khớp nhân tạo sau nắn chỉnh kín trật khớp háng nhân tạo bán phần.
