Abstract

Dislocation of the extensor tendon is a rare disease clinically. In August 2019, a male patient, whose right 3rd finger got an injuries last 03 week, was presented to Vietnam Level 2 Hospital - UNMISS with symptoms: limited right 3rd finger extended, dull - pain on palpation at dorsal of metacarpophalangeal joint. The diagnosis was: The right extensor tendon of 3rd finger luxation because of the sagittal band rupture. Surgical lesions observed in accordance with the initial diagnosis. The sagittal band was re-sutured. The post-operative result was excellence. We would like to report this rare case.
