Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the responsiveness levels to the job of graduated students at Military Medical College No2.

Subject and method: Cross sectional study from 01/2017 to 8/2018. Surveying at Health facilities in the Southest Region Provinces based on European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).

Results: The results of study showed that the students’ job responsiveness level at good and average point is 3,75 ± 0,56. Students who must train for at least 6 or more months to demand the job were 57,1%. The satification of Health facilities about the quality of training at School were 95.1%. Furthermore, the demand of recruitment is mainly college nurses, taking 64,5 %. In order to improve the output quality of students, practical periods should be increased by 32% and communicative and practical skills occupy 16%.

Conclusion: The responsiviness levels to the job of graduated students at Health facilities were evaluated at 3,75 ± 0,56 equivalent good level. The demand of Recruitment Agencies in coming time is mainly college nurses, taking 64,5 %.
