Abstract

Objectives: Determine the point of patient safety culture, the percentage of positive responses through reviews of medical staff in Eastern People Military Hospital and factors related to ATNB culture.

Subject and Methods: cross sectional study, sampling the entire staff working Clinical and Subclinical work over 6 months at Eastern People Military Hospital at the time of study.

Results: ATNB points based on reviews of medical staff is 39.92% lower in comparison with the domestic and foreign research. Eight areas have a positive reply rate (47-67%). Patient safety scores ranged from 3.14 to 4.05. In which the working group aspect of the highest scientific research is equivalent to that and lowest in the field Not punish. The study found the relationship between patient safety scores with the field: working group within the faculty. Leader encourages learning, celebrated ATNB-continuous improvement, support of the hospital leadership, awareness of ATNB, frequency of reported incidents, the working group between the faculty, handing and transport, the score ATNB with the levels, frequency of reported incidents and sex.

Conclusions: Cultural survey ATNB at Eastern People Military Hospital showed that overall on the status of safety culture in hospitals. Overall, patient safety culture in hospitals is not high. Still quite multifaceted existence need to overcome and is the basis for enhanced ATNB culture in hospital.
