EVALUTATE THE INITIAL RESULTS THE CARDIAC CATHETERIZATION SYSTEM IN SYMPTOMATIC PRACTICE AT MILITARY MEDICAL COLLEGE NO2

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the result of the cardiac catheterization system in symptomatic practice and develop an effective teaching program for pre-clinical symptoms in clinical medicine.

Objects and methods: in a descriptive study, conducted from 24/8/2015 to 28/9/2015, 168 students in 03 classes: Y44B1, Y44B2 and Y44B7, that to practice pre-clinical symptoms in the Clinical Medicine Department. Students in the each class is divided into 3 groups, and each group is different numbers listening and listening times. Every student heard some basic heartbeats: normal heart, split T2, systolic murmur and continuous murmur ... based on the software Heart sounds and Murmers.

Results: The rate of the right listening all of 3 heartbeats was 36.3%; of which, group 2 had the highest number of listeners (24 students). 32.7% of students were right listening for 2 heartbeats, and group 1 has the highest rate. 20.8% of students were right listening for 1 heartbeat, and this rate is the same in all of three groups. The listening heartbeat not correctly was 10.1%; group 3 had the highest number of students listening not correctly (11 students), and the lowest was group 2 with 2 students.

Conclusion: The method of echocardiophore is an effective method that should be followed for all participants in pre-clinical symptomatology in the Clinical Medicine Department.
