SURVEY OF JOB RESPONSE OF GRADUATES OF MANAGE OF THE COMPANY THROUGH USER COMMENTS IN THE MILITARY REGION NO 7

Abstract

Objective: Survey of job response of graduates of military medical staff of the company through user comments in the Military Region No 7.

Subject and method: cross-sectional study on 20 direct management of trainees at units with military medical students working from March 2016 to December 2016.

Results: good moral conduct accounted for 65.0%, professional knowledge accounted for 50.0%, professional skills, professional skills accounted for 65.0%, in terms of learning spirit, professional advancement accounts for 50.0%, in terms of dynamism, creativity in work accounts for 55.0%, discipline awareness makes up 60%, students’ ability to work compared with the requirements of the unit which is assessed to meet the requirements of the job, but must be trained for at least 6 more months, the highest rate is 55.0%, can be used immediately is 45.0%.

Conclusion: when graduated from military medical staff class, graduates have the ability to meet the needs of decent jobs, accounting for a high proportion of graduates who have to retrain when used.
