Abstract

A 48-year-old woman, presented with direct trauma in her right elbow. The injury caused an elbow dislocation and radial head fracture. There was no evidence of damage to the radial motor branch. Radial head fracture is the sudden mechanical destruction of the internal structures of the bone occurring at the radial head. We report a clinical case after direct trauma which caused elbow dislocation and radial head fracture to discuss the clinical features and treatment of this case.
