Abstract

Introduction: Gallstone Ileus is described by a large gallstone through a biliary enteric fistula to the bowel that make amechanical obstruction. This is in infrequent diease with controversies in surgical treatment. Here, we report 2 cases of gallstone ileus which successfully treated by enterolithotomy in M.H.175

Results and discussion: The choice of surgical method has not been agreed and further evaluated. Single broom surgery helps patients recover quickly after surgery and is suitable for patients with severe systemic diseases.
