Abstract

Study of 113 breast cancer outpatients at the Centrer for Oncology Diagnosis and Treatment of 175 Military Hospital by using Linear Accelerator of Elekta from September, 2019 to July, 2020. Results after radiation preceduce showed that: 100% radiated patients had acute radiation dermatitis. According ROTG score, grade 2 was accounted for the highest proportion of 62,8%; the incidence of grade 1, 3 reactions in all patients were 24.8% and 12.4%, respectively.

The signs of acute raddiation dermatitis in the breast cancer patients were local slight erythema (24,8%) , midle erythema upper (75,2%), follicular erythema (20,4%) and dry desquamation (17,7%), ulceration (33,6%), edema (25,7%), moist desquamation (12,4%) and hyperpigmentation (25,7%); occur mainly after 2 weeks with: 69,9%.
